I have a Acer Aspire 4736G Laptop running Windows 8.1 Pro With Media Centre (Upgrade from Windows Vista) and the Camera app and other 'Modern' Apps like Skype and Video Moment won't recognize the camera, it just displays this message: 'To get started, connect a camera.' When I do fresh install Windows 8.1 Pro on my laptop, the Camera can detect the built-in webcam but somehow last week the Camera can't detect the Webcam. When I go to Control Panel, the webcam driver was installed and I uninstall it. After I restart Windows and try to open Camera, it can detect the webcam.

Now, Camera can't detect my webcam at all. I already uninstall webcam driver from Device Manager and reinstall it and it doesn't work. Even the Acer Crystal Eye application can't detect my webcam.
