Asus F5n Drivers For Windows 7

I have installed the drivers but looking at my device manager nothing comes up under sound unless i go and install it manually through the legacy add in device manager and it does show up but has a yellow! In it giving me the dreaded (10) error and cannot start. I've updated and checked my Bios for any part of it allowing me to change settings for my audio but nothing is found and now i'm stumped as to why its gone haywire. I have a few other problems like my DVD drive no being seen by Windows7, when i start my computer up i can open the draw and i can hear it read a disk if one is inserter however once windows is on the loading screen it stops and i am unable to open the drive at all and with no lights. However when i was formatting my computer it was i able to used the disk to installing W7 back onto my computer so i have no idea why thats not working. Any help or any more information that is needed please dont hesitate, i've been at both problems for over a week now and its driving me nuts.
